Structure
Metallic structure made from zinc-coated steel of 34mm, 2mm thick. The arches are connected through 3 longitudinal profiles of 28mm.

Cover
The structure is covered with 200micron three-layered polyfilm. The film is thermal and it has the following properties: UV resistant (ultraviolet), EVA resistant (elongation 600%), anti-dust exterior layer, 90% transparency, 20% diffusion, anti-condensation interior layer, 0,20mm thickness, 57 months warranty and 10-12 years lifespan.

Access and ventilation:
Swing doors (1.0x2.0m, with stop), covered with 6mm polycarbonate, located on both gables of the tunnel.

Optional:
Ancora S: alternative for fixing the tunnel without concrete, by screwing the anchors in the soil
