Structure

The greenhouse is designed to resist to difficult climate conditions, such as the ones in our country (Romania) and in Europe.

The metallic structure is made of E260 steel, with Sendzimir 275g Zn/sqm galvanization. The steel is designed specially for greenhouses and tunnels, because it is very resistant in a corrosive environment. The steel impact- and distortion-resistant, with a smooth surface thus protecting the film against premature wear.

The arches are placed every 2,5m (optionally every 2,0m).

The components have the following dimensions:
- arches - Ø60×1,5mm
- lattices - Ø28×1,5mm
- trellis - Ø33,7x2mm
- lateral polls - Ø60×2,5mm
- profiles for enforcement of gables - Φ60x2,5mm/Φ60x1,5mm (width 6m and 7m) and 80x80x2,5mm (width 8m, 9m and 10m)

The structure is fixed in reinforced concrete blocks. On the ends, the structure has supplementary bracing for increased resistance.

Coverage

Professional three-layered film of 200 microns, resistant to ultraviolet (UV), elongation 600% (EVA), exterior anti-dust layer, interior anti-condensation layer, 90% transparency and 20% diffusion. Warranty for 57 months and lifespan of 10-12 years.

The three layers are as follows:

Exterior layer: resistant and anti-adherent, provided with UV additives;
Central layer: thermal: high content of EVA, assures the film is thermal;
Interior layer: provides better light diffusion and co-stabilizers for pesticides.

Double film. The option for coverage with double inflated film is also made using 200 microns film, with an air cushion for thermal insulation. The pressure is controlled with a pressure sensor.

The film is fixed on the structure using aluminum profiles with PVC rods, this being the most qualitative way of clipping the film.

Natural ventilation (openings)

According to preferences, the type of plants, the seasonality of the crops or the dimensions of the greenhouse, one may opt for natural ventilation as follows:

Lateral/Side opening

Can be made on both sides of the greenhouse.

Lateral opening is made by rotary tube, film being rolled upward. This can be manually operated by a manual worm gear unit or by electric power drive.

Rotating tube can be made of steel or aluminum. For better thermal insulation, the lateral opening can be provided with double inflated film.

Roof/Top opening

Top opening is a must especially for more than 2 modules greenhouses. It is very efficient for cooling and for natural ventilation of the greenhouse in the hot weather season.

The system is designed on rotating tube with rack and pinion type of system.

Technical data:

Width of the opening is 2,0m for 1 opening per module, or 1,5m for double opening (butterfly type).
Rotating tube is 33,7x2mm or 33,7x3mm (depending of the length of the opening).
Rack and pinions (Lock type) at every arch.
Power drives (also Lock type) with high torque and 230 or 380V voltage.

The opening is controlled using a control panel with wind, rain and temperature (internal and external) sensor.

Optionally, the openings can be equipped with anti-insects net to protect the crops.
