Materials
The materials used for Sere Transilvania's greenhouses are produced in Romania or within EU space. All the materials have Conformity Certificate or Declaration of Origin to further ensure our Clients of the best quality provided.
Sere Transilvania's modular greenhouses are built according to the European Norms regarding the construction of greenhouses (EN 13031-1) and are especially designed for the climate in Europe.
Steel
The metallic structure is made of E260 steel, with Sendzimir 275g Zn/sqm galvanization which protects the film against premature wear.
The installation of the structure is made through telescopic connection of the arches and their consolidation using longitudinal profiles. There is no need for welding.
Coverage
Professional three-layered film of 200 microns, resistant to ultraviolet (UV), elongation 600% (EVA), exterior anti-dust layer, interior anti-condensation layer, 90% transparency and 20% diffusion. Warranty for 57 months and lifespan of 10-12 years.
Double film - The option for coverage with double inflated film is also made using 200 microns film, with an air cushion for thermal insulation.
The film is fixed on the structure using aluminum profiles with PVC rods, this being the most qualitative way of clipping the film.
Natural ventilation (openings)
According to preferences, the type of plants, the seasonality of the crops or the dimensions of the greenhouse, one may opt for natural ventilation as follows:
Lateral/side opening
(can be made on both sides of the greenhouse or on the fronts)
Lateral opening is made by rotary tube, film being rolled upward. This can be manually operated by a manual worm gear unit or by electric power drive.
Rotating tube can be made of steel or aluminum. For better thermal insulation, the lateral opening can be provided with double inflated film.
Top opening
Top opening is a must especially for more than 2 modules greenhouses. It is very efficient for cooling and for natural ventilation of the greenhouse in the hot weather season.
The system is designed on rotating tube with rack and pinion type of system.
Technical data:
- Width of the opening is 2,0m for 1 opening per module, or 1,5m for double opening (butterfly type).
- Rotating tube is 33,7x2mm or 33,7x3mm (depending of the length of the opening)
- Rack and pinions (Lock type) at every arch.
- Power drives (also Lock type) with high torque and 230 or 380V voltage are used.
Access
Access gliding doors can be provided on the fronts or on the lateral of the greenhouse (dimensions: 2,0x2,4m sau 3x2,4m).
The gliding doors are made out of steel frame and are covered with 6mm polycarbonate double wall panels.
