The metallic structure is made of galvanized steel of 60mm diameter. The Sendzimir Z275 zinc-coating and the E260 steel offer the guaranty of the quality and durability of these structures. The arches are placed every 2,5m and are connected using profiles with lattices/trellis (diameters of 33,7mmx2mm and 28mmx1,5mm). The structure is fixed in reinforced concrete pads for a better resistance. Class 8.8 quality screws. The metal structure has a lifespan of 30 years. Additional braces on the ends for extra strength.
For the gables are used rectangular pipes of 80x80x2,5mm.

Intermediate arches for high tunnels with a 6m width or a 7m width and intermediate arches for a gothic high tunnels with a 8m, 9m or 10m width

The entire surface of the classic tunnel is covered in 200μm three-layered film, sealed with aluminum profiles with PVC. The film is thermal and it has the following properties: UV resistant (ultraviolet), EVA resistant (elongation 600%), anti-dust exterior layer, 90% transparency, 20% diffusion, anti-condensation interior layer, 0,20mm thickness, 57 months warranty and 10-12 years lifespan.

The cover of the high tunnel can be made:

a) With one three-layered poly film. On some sides of the tunnel the film will be sealed with aluminum profiles with PVC rods.

b) With 2 three-layered poly films, double inflated - with a 15/20cm air cushion for thermal insulation, used with an inflation kit and a pressure switch. The double film can cover the entire surface of the tunnel, thus the tunnel can be heated. The poly is sealed on the structure using aluminum profiles with PVC rods, this being the best variant for film clipping.

The access is assured through a sliding door plated with polycarbonate and set up at one of the edges. For natural ventilation, the tunnel is equipped with a lateral opening through manual rolling of the film on both sides.
